I think this is generally a vast improvement over the original. Overall there seems to be a more gradual and consistent rhythm to the piece which works nicely. The icing with the chunkies works well with the shifty-ness of her movements and the overall uncomfortable feeling. Two suggestions/observations. The lighting does not seem to be right for the shot. Her shadow is distracting in the back. However the intense light on one side of her face does make the shot more dramatic. Second, I wonder how the mood would change if she was in a more domestic setting, like at her dresser?
